Dupuy grew up in Haiti as daughter of a sociologist who often told his children “The life that we have is not the life of everyone in Haiti. We have to contribute to make this country a better one”. This inspired her to work in Public Health. After obtaining her MPH, she returned to Haiti. Dupuy has 17 years of experience working in Public health in Haiti, specifically in the areas of HIV/AIDS prevention, Malaria, Family planning and maternal and child health.

Since October 2015, she has made a shift in her career and is now working at an Insurance company called Internationale Assurance SA (INASSA), she has also remained President of the Board of OHMASS/PSI/Haiti a global non-profit organization focused on the encouragement of healthy behaviors and affordability of health products.  PSI makes it easier for people in the developing world to lead healthier lives and plan the families they desire. “Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. Being from a place where there is so much need in terms of development as well as so much hope for a better future is what empowers my actions every day,” Dupuy says.
