Huguette Diakabana is a global health practitioner focused on connecting people to life-saving technologies. She has deployed technology-based solutions in over 20 countries throughout Africa. She currently works with organizations and governments on using available data to improve health services. She is Co-chair of the WHO Digital Health Technical Advisory Group. She is also collaborating with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU ) to develop their GovStack program for Africa and scale the Smart Village initiative in Niger. Last, Huguette is on the Harvard Medical School’s Executive Program teaching team, covering digital transformation in global health
