Ndidi is a serial social entrepreneur who has worked in international development for the past 22 years.  As founder of LEAP Africa, one of Nigeria’s most credible leadership development organizations established in 2002, she has gained practical experience leading social change. She also co-founded AACE Foods – an agroprocessing company and Sahel Capital – an advisory and consulting firm focused on unlocking the agriculture and nutrition landscapes in West Africa. Based on her experience working at LEAP, AACE FOODS, and Sahel Capital, she wrote a book titled, “Social Innovation in Africa: A Practical Guide for Scaling Impact”, published by Routledge in 2016. She would like to share critical insights that she has gained through her career in global development, specifically as it relates to appropriate business models for scaling social innovation.
